Made for More: Empowering Women to Live in Purpose
In 2021, Pastor Angela founded Made for More, initially inviting just six women into her home for fellowship and spiritual growth. Today, the group has blossomed into a thriving community of over 100 women, offering a nurturing space where women can connect, grow, and step boldly into their God-given purpose.
Her mission is to empower each woman to embrace her identity in Christ, walk courageously in her calling, and realize that she is truly made for more.
A Visionary Leader, Mentor, and Advocate
Pastor Angela Yousey, affectionately known as Pastor A, is a passionate leader and the visionary behind the Made for More women’s group. A devoted wife, loving mother of six sons, a seasoned registered nurse of 30 years, and a bestselling author, Pastor Angela’s life is a testament to unwavering faith and purpose. Alongside her husband, Pastor Chris Yousey, she co-pastors Spirit of Love Ministries in Columbus, Ohio, where they continue to nurture and guide their community in faith.

A Lifelong Commitment to Marriage and Family
For over 27 years, Pastor Angela and Pastor Chris have been dedicated to helping couples and families through Biblical counseling, starting with small, home-based groups. Their ministry has evolved into a thriving church, officially launched in 2019, where they share a message of hope, healing, and unity, strengthening both faith and relationships.
Together, they co-authored two bestselling books:
- Creating Unity: The Guide to Leading a Marriage Support Group — Offering practical tools for couples to strengthen their marriages using Biblical principles.
- Reignite Passion: The Guide to a Happier Marriage — Helping couples restore intimacy and joy in their relationships.

Pastor Angela is a powerful teacher and speaker, leading a weekly discipleship Bible study that transforms lives through the practical application of Scripture. Her engaging, relatable teaching style makes God’s Word accessible to all, equipping believers to apply Biblical principles in ways that lead to real, lasting change.

“Made for More, Women In Unity” is our womens group, which meets the third Saturday every month. Those that attend are young and old alike. The goal of this support group is to learn together, laugh together, love together, and grow together. Free to attend, all ladies are welcome.
